What this page covers
This page explains how Kitronixe uses the phone number you give us when you submit a form on this website, what we may send you, and how to stop it. Consent is tied to your enquiry: it covers responding to the request you made, and nothing broader.
02
How you give consent
The enquiry forms on this website include a consent checkbox, and it is not ticked for you. When you tick the consent box on a Kitronixe form, you are agreeing that we may use the contact details on that form to respond to that request.
03
Calls we may make
We call you back. If you give us a phone number on a form, we may call it to respond to that enquiry, arrange a conversation, or follow up on an assessment you asked for.
04
Text messages we may send
We may text about that enquiry. Where you have given a mobile number, we may send a text to confirm a time or let you know we have tried to reach you. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
05
Consent is not a condition of doing business
Consent to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything from Kitronixe. You can ask us not to call or text and still work with us.
06
Your number is not sold
Your number is used to respond to you. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
07
How to stop calls or messages
- Reply STOP to any text message. That number stops receiving messages from us.
- Tell whoever calls you that you would rather not be called again, and we will record it.
- Write to us and ask. Contact details are in the footer of this site, and a request by email is honoured the same as one made by phone.
08
What we will never do
- Discuss patient information by text. Text is not a secure channel and Kitronixe does not use it for anything clinical.
- Ask you for protected health information over the phone or by message in response to a website enquiry.
- Sell, rent or share your number with a third party for their marketing.
- Keep contacting you after you have asked us to stop.
09
Patient information
Please do not send patient names, medical record numbers, claim files or any protected health information by text message or through this website. If something clinical needs to be discussed, we will arrange an appropriately secured channel.
10
Contact us
Phone and email are shown in the footer of this site, or use the contact form and say that your message is about calls or texts.
Ask and we will tell you exactly what we hold and what we use it for. See also the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
