Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Kitronixe Solutions handles information collected through this website. It does not cover protected health information processed under a business associate agreement as part of revenue cycle services - that is governed separately by those agreements and by HIPAA.

When you submit a form on this website, we collect what you choose to provide:

• your name and work email address
• your organisation, role and telephone number, where you supply them
• details about your practice such as specialty, provider count and claim volume
• the message or description you write

We also record technical information that arrives with your submission: the page you submitted from, the referring website, campaign parameters in the link you followed, and the IP address the request came from.

This website is not a secure channel for patient information and is not designed to receive it. Please do not submit patient names, medical records, claim files, EOBs, diagnoses or treatment information through any form here. Where a submission appears to contain such information, we will remove it from our records and contact you through a secure channel instead.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work - signing in, security, and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.

With your permission we also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Nothing optional is enabled until you choose it, and you can change your choice at any time. The current cookie policy version is shown in the cookie banner and on the cookie policy page.

We do not send the contents of your message, or any information that identifies you, to analytics providers.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Security and audit records are retained separately under our security policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond.

Note that deleting an enquiry record does not delete the security audit entry showing that an enquiry was received - that record exists to protect the integrity of the system and is retained separately.
